Technical Support Assistance

 

Your goal, as well as our goal, is to keep your ATM on-line at all times.  That’s why we provide real time technical support to our customers and distributors Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.  We also provide “Call Back Service” on the weekend and after-hours.  If needed, a technician will be on site the same-day (when possible) or within 24 hours.


Our staff of professionally trained technicians can assist you with most any ATM service issue and can solve most technical problems by phone.  Each tech support team member has an extensive diagnostics background and has been trained on all Triton products as well as many other ATM brands.

 

We also offer a 24/7 service contract for our Triton Bank ATM customers.  This agreement provides a guaranteed 90 minute service call acknowledgment and resolution within 4 hours.
