Journal Data

All Triton ATMs come standard with an electronic transaction journal. Triton Connect allows you to upload journal records and view them on your PC from the Terminal Manager. With your data in electronic form, you can export it to dozens of external programs for reporting. Data can also be archived in the system based on user-defined dates, and archived data can be restored and viewed through the Terminal Manager. To be sure your data is secure, Triton Connect can also automatically back up its data at user-defined schedules.

Alarm Monitoring

To prevent losing money with out-of-service ATMs, Triton Connect notifies you when an ATM is out of service so you can get it up and running as soon as possible. The system can send status or error messages from terminals to multiple destinations via e-mail, alphanumeric pager, mobile phone or text messaging.

It can be programmed to notify one person when the printer is out of paper and another when the terminal is low on cash. In addition, the software’s terminal status history feature allows you to view terminal downtime and status message reports.

Triton Control

Triton Connect is networkable so users can manage ATMs from multiple workstations – each with its own set of access privileges. The software is fully compatible with Windows 2000, XP Pro and may connect to other computers on standard Novell Netware or Windows NT server-based networks. Additionally, Triton Connect supports Dial-up, TCP/IP and wireless communications. A combination of up to 20 connections can be maintained simultaneously.

Remote Password Management

You can remotely change terminal Master and Administrative passwords from your “Triton Connect” screen on your PC. This saves time and money as it eliminates the need for a service call for this routine security procedure.

Remote Advertising Support

Triton Connect makes it easy to loan and run ad screens on your Triton ATMs. The versatility of Triton Connect allows you to run multiple ads on multiple Triton ATMs all at the same time – all from your PC, wherever you happen to be. For instance a user can load full-color ad screens on an ATM in Seattle, schedule ad screens in Atlanta to appear during the busy lunch hour; and change the printable coupons in New York to take advantage of promotional opportunities.

Configuration Information &Terminal Parameters

Triton Connect displays current programming of all your ATMs. The status of features such as surcharging, couponing and others can be retrieved and changed quickly and easily.
